1. Products and Services

1.1 Digital Downloads

We offer high-resolution digital photographs for personal or commercial use (as specified). Once purchased, digital files will be delivered to your provided email address or made available via a secure download link.

All digital downloads are final and non-refundable.

1.2 Printed Items

Printed products (e.g. canvas prints, framed photos, posters) are fulfilled by third-party print providers. While we work closely with trusted partners, we are not responsible for delays, defects, or delivery issues caused by third parties. Please check their fulfilment policies where applicable.

2. Intellectual Property

All images and content on this site are the intellectual property of The Atkinson Photo Co. or its licensors.
You may not resell, distribute, or modify digital downloads unless a commercial licence is expressly granted.

3. Licence of Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital photograph in accordance with the licence type:

  • Personal Use: Print for home décor, share on social media (with credit), or use as a screensaver.

  • Commercial Use (if applicable): Use in marketing, website design, or client projects.
    Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider(s). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Delivery

  • Digital Downloads: Sent immediately via email or download link. Please check spam/junk folders.

  • Printed Products: Dispatched by third-party partners. Estimated delivery times and tracking (if available) will be communicated at checkout.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

  • Printed Products: Refunds or reprints may be offered for defective or damaged items. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt, including photographic evidence of the issue.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for:

  • Losses arising from delays or issues with third-party fulfilment;

  • Misuse or unauthorised redistribution of our digital images;

  • Any indirect or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase will be limited to the amount you paid for the item.

9. Governing Law
